1. Appointments

All sessions and events must be booked in advance through the online booking system or directly via email/phone.

A signed agreement and retainer payment are required to secure your date.

Appointments are confirmed only once payment has been received.

  1. Payments

A non-refundable retainer of 25% is required at the time of booking to reserve your date.

The remaining balance is due 1 day before the session/event.

Accepted payment methods: [credit card, bank transfer, cash.

Services will not be rendered if the balance has not been paid in full by the due date.

  1. Cancellations

If the client cancels, the retainer payment is non-refundable.

If the cancellation occurs less than 1 days before the scheduled session, up to 5% of the total fee may still apply.

In case of photographer cancellation (due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances), a full refund of all payments made will be issued, or the client may reschedule at no additional cost.

  1. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 3 days notice at no extra charge, subject to availability.

If rescheduling is due to weather for outdoor sessions, the photographer will work with the client to choose a new date or an alternate indoor location.

Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer and may require full payment.

  1. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late to a session will have that time deducted from their session.

If the client is more than 30 minutes late, the session may be cancelled and considered a no-show.

  1. Deliverables

Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 2 weeks from the session date, unless otherwise agreed.

The number of final images delivered will vary depending on the package booked.

RAW (unedited) files are not provided.

The photographer retains copyright of all images.

Clients receive a personal use license: images may be printed, shared, and displayed for personal purposes.

Commercial use requires prior written agreement and licensing.
